Rosenstigen is named after a rose found in monastery environments, Rosa alba ‘Gudhem’. A nature trail, about 2 km, through a cultural landscape that tells the story of how people have lived here for thousands of years.
This building from 1931 was an exhibition and market place for quality woven and embroidered textile products. It later became an assembly hall for the local church, and for a period of time it also served as a school.
