Rosenstigen is named after a rose found in monastery environments, Rosa alba ‘Gudhem’. A nature trail, about 2 km, through a cultural landscape that tells the story of how people have lived here for thousands of years.
This tiny cottage was built by the owner of Ryttargården around 1860. It was used to house the farm’s workers, but also the old and sick people on the farm. Later on it was rented out to different families, and some of them had up to five children! The house was demolished in the 1930’s.
